    According to Chrome LIVE Week 37’22 data, English Movies genre became the top gainer of the week as it grew by 2.86 pc in 6 Metros. Movies Now channel gained the highest OTS with 52.5 pc followed by Romedy Now with 52.3 pc and MNX with 52.0 pc at third position.

    Hindi Movies genre stood at second position by gaining 0.86 pc in HSM excluding <1 lakh market. Sony Wah garnered the highest OTS with 94.1 pc followed by Zee Anmol Cinema with 93.1 pc at the second position and Star Utsav Movies with 92.7 pc at the third position.

    BARC India released its Week 37 data for South GEC markets including Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam. The positions in the top five list changed for some GEC markets.

    In the Tamil speaking market, the positions in the chart remained same compared to last week. Sun TV continued its lead with 2150.19 (000) AMA followed by Star Vijay with 1348.46 (000) AMA at 2nd spot and Zee Tamil at 3rd spot with 827.37 (000) AMA. KTV retained its 4th spot with 727.13 (000) AMA followed by Star Vijay Super with 382.29 (000) AMA at 5th spot.

    In Week 37 of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) India Data Report, Sun TV continued its lead with 2374.45 (000) AMA in the across genre category. Star Plus moved one spot up and claimed the 2nd position with 2269.48 (000) AMA. Star Maa slipped one spot down and stood at 3rd position with 2212.66 (000) AMA. Dangal moved one spot up and claimed the 4th position with 2076.15 (000) AMA followed by Goldmines at 5th position with 2047.02 (000) AMA. Star Pravah entered the chart with 1649.99 (000) AMA and claimed the 6th spot. Sony Sab shifted one spot up and stood at 7th position with 1588.95 (000) AMA. Colors slipped one spot down and stood at 8th position with 1587.46 (000) AMA. Zee TV entered the chart with 1491.7 (000) AMA and claimed the 9th spot. Zee Telugu retained its 10th spot with 1441.52 (000) AMA.

DD News and ABP News garnered the highest OTS with 99.9 pc at first and second position respectively followed by India TV with 99.7 pc at the third position. 

    Music genre secured the second position and grew by 0.48 pc in HSM excluding <1 lakh market. MTV Beats gained the highest OTS with 91.9 pc followed by Mastiii at second position with 90.5 pc and 9X M with 79.9 pc at third position.

    Religious genre stood at third position by gaining 0.27 pc in HSM excluding <1 lakh market. Sanskar channel garnered the highest OTS with 99.8 pc followed by Aastha with 97.7 pc at second position and Zee Salaam with 92.6 pc at the third position.

    Infotainment genre claimed the fourth position by gaining 0.07 pc in All India 1 Lakh+ market. History TV 18 secured the highest OTS with 89.0 pc followed by Animal Planet with 85.9 pc at second position and Discovery with 85.6 pc at the third position.

    OTS is the actual census based, percentage connectivity of a channel spread across 76.16 million homes, reported by Chrome Data Analytics & Media, spread across Analog Cable, Digital Cable and DTH.

Sony YAY! gained the highest OTS with 90.1 pc followed by Discovery Kids with 83.0 pc at the second position and Nickelodeon Junior with 82.4 pc at the third position.

    Religious genre secured the second position by gaining 0.67 pc in HSM excluding <1 lakh market. Sanskar channel garnered the highest OTS with 99.8 pc followed by Aastha with 97.9 pc at second position and Zee Salaam with 92.6 pc at the third position.
